The undersigned is the owner, agent of the owner, and/or captain of the vessel. I am authorized to enter into this agreement for necessary service and repairs to this vessel. I hereby agree to be responsible for all charges and fees for such service and repairs, including all fees for collection or enforcement of any Maritime lien, which I acknowledge belongs to you. You and your employees are not responsible for loss or damage to articles on the vessel, except for negligence.
